Hey all, which form should I have huzzy fill, I-864 or I-864EZ?  His yearly income is over $25000 and he is our only sponsor, we have 2 petitions I-R1 and IR-2...

With this income u will need a joint sponsor so u will have to fill out i864

For 3 ppl is $26,663 so approximately $27,000

if u r a lil above like a few dollars it’s advisable to get a joint sponsor jux in case

Use i864 

cus u only use the ez if u petitioning jux 1 person n using jux ur income to sponsor

Sorry your husband doesn't make enough you need a joint sponsor. Isn't your case at NVC? They will more then likely mention it in your case complete letter. you are a family of  so he needs to make $26,662. $25,000 isn't enough. Get a joint sponsor before your interview.

The correct form is I-864. You need to be on the NVC filers thread not Case Complete thread.

Yes but u both have the same sponsor ryt  

if ur answer to dis 3 is yes then use the ez but I think u need to use i864 tho
