Hi!

Currently I have a US job and am living in here full-time. I am about to send in my I-751 petition and I'm wondering if I can continue to work during this time - if I am correct they give you another conditional GC for the waiting period, correct?

Thanks very much. :)

Your NOA1 for the ROC packet serves as an 'extension' basically of the GC even though it will expire. So yes you can still work.

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

You can work however you Greencard is no longer a class A document. It becomes a class C document so make sure your Driver's license isn't going to expire anytime soon. As long as you have a US ID or driver's license (Class B) and your Greencard and extension letter (Class C) then you're fine.

I-751 Removal of Conditions
