i 751 form affidavit letter

I am filing I-751, are the affidavit letters mandatory. this is the only this is missing, I can file today if they are not really required.

They are not required.

Actually, they are thought of as being very low on the "need to do it" list for ROC. They don't carry much weight.

 

BTW, while you are waiting for your ROC petition to be processed,  It is this data that gives relevance to the VJ statistics.
