You may be looking in the wrong places. Here is a website from a VJ member Hank who helps out folks in the sub-forum for the Philippines. He has instructions on how to follow your visa/passport after issuance. There are number of sure ways of determining where you are. The information is at the bottom of the landing page.

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

When we went through for our visa USEM sent Mom's first and then the next day my kids K-2 arrived. They'll be close together in receipt if not together.
