when can I start k-1 visa application and doctor exam

We have received our NOA@ and I have verified that the National Visa Center has received our approvel documents. When can we complete the visa application, make payment and get the doctor  exam?. Do we have to wait for the embassy to contact us and direct us?

Procedures may vary, depend on your consulate. So check the info from your specified consulate for the info to take correct actions.

 

For K-1, many require applicant to book schedule online, pay the fee by at specified bank, schedule medical exam yourself (with Case # / interview date confirmation).

As long as you have your KEV number.   You don't need to wait.   Kyiv has everything on the website
