Sponsoring my mom GC - Form i-131 question

I was filling form i-131 for my mom and have a few questions. She does not currently have any plans to travel outside USA. But the form has questions like Date if Intended Departure, Purpose of Trip etc. What am I supposed to fill those fields with? Thank you.

You don't have to specify anything honestly. Most people don't intend to use it just want to have it in case something did happen and they needed to travel. We just left it all blank honestly.
