Chat Santo Domingo TOS to prove its not a IMBRA

Hi there just trying to be proactive in case I get an RFE to prove the online Chat I met my fiancé on is not an IMBRA. Its a free app I downloaded on my phone and its a chat not even technically a dating app. The problem is the only thing I can find as a TOS doesn't specifically say its  not an IMBRA but it does mention its free and that its designed for you entertainment. Is that enough to prove its not an IMBRA? Also the TOS isn't in the best English. Apparently the guy that made the App speaks broken English which will look like I translated it which I didn't. Hopefully I wont get and RFE to begin with but I rather be prepared just in case. Any suggestions or is anyone familiar with Chat Santo Domingo App?

How do they know you've met on this chat?

It's not a dating site, of course it's not IMBRA

YMMV

I provided the information in my letter of us meeting in person for the first time and a little background of how we met originally. I actually specifically stated it was a chat app and not really a dating app so I'm hoping based on that I won't even get an RFE. It's crazy how so many people who say they met online and dont provide the TOS or even give the name of the site in some cases, dont get an RFE yet some do. I know it just has to do with who's reviewing your application.

So it looks like I did get an RFE mailed yesterday. No clue what its for. Maybe regarding this matter the TOS for the Chat App I met my fiancé on. If not whatever it is I hope its something simple that I have easy access to obtain quickly. Im waiting for a call back from a level 2 person from USCIS to see if they will fax it to me.
