I applied on December 28,2018 for the naturalization for the 3 Year ( marriage based) and I had my biometrics on January 14,2019. The estimated completion time was October , 2019( 5 months),.I log in again today and the estimated completion time  when up to  (13 months) June 2020.. I am located in New York City. The paperwork is complete and filed correctly  . Do anyone have the same experience?  don't know what to expect....

Times fluctuate, but those times are not always accurate. Expect to wait 13 months, and hopefully you will be pleasantly surprised if it is approved sooner. Good luck!

When it comes to accurate timelines I would check on VJ rather than USCIS website, as weird as it sounds VJ is more accurate then they are, also the USCIS is backed up on almost everything, I seen someone say it takes a whole calendar in order to get a replacement green card.
