Yes as said, do make sure to clear the cache for your browser from time to time.  (press F5 or in settings)

I am the petitioner and my beneficiary has completed her DS-160 including payment of visa fee and noting payment id # and case # on the application. She has received her DS-160 confirmation page. At the end of the DS-160 ap they asked her to upload a jpeg of her passport which she did. She has not received an email 24 hours later advising her how to schedule an interview or even a list of available appointments. NVC has sent our packet to Manila embassy on 5/28 but they have not acknowledged receipt. How do we proceed with our goal of getting an interview? Thanks in advance. John (novato ca)

There is no email to advice how to schedule the interview, the K-1 is processed as an Immigrant Visa so things are different ..  a breed of its own.

If you have paid the visa fee at BPI and it has been recorded to USTRAVELDOCS (sometimes this takes upwards of 24 hrs after payment) you can schedule your interview online or by calling

When scheduling an interview in Manila, they DO NOT ask for DS-160 number.  Also, I created account a few years ago for another fiance...didn't work out....and I used the same account to schedule for current fiance.  Unfortunately, the confirmation page had a line:  Appointment made by....then it had my old girlfriend's name.  I contacted them though the 'feedback' button on left and they told me, the next day, that it doesn't matter who's name is in the 'appointment made by' line, and that my current fiance can take that confirmation page to interview.
