Asking for someone else,

 

After the interview has any body flown from their town in Mexico to the US? If so what is the process? Do you take your packet and deliver it to agents in the Mexican Airport or until you land in the US?

 Same for everyone who receives physical visa package: the visa package will be opened/delivered at US port of entry (the first US airport where the visa holder lands).

What do you tell the airport employees? is there any issues when trying to board the plane to the US?

The airline would check your passport like anytime you travel outside of the states or come back they just want to make sure you got your visa or you're eligible to make it at your destination. You don't want to be stuck at the airport or be turned back. 

 

When they get to the immigration line at the airport then just follow the signs to the correct line. Show the packet to the immigration officer they ask questions. They welcome you in.
