I-751 divorce waiver filer here! I got RFE on February 15 ish. Responded on may 10th.

I just got approved 2 days ago and the “card was picked up”. They probably took a month after receiving my response to the rfe. Thank god after this long journey i finally got approved without additional interview length. I tried my best to explain my situation through a personal statement & provided plenty on online posts as I didn’t have many official proofs.

My suggestion for everyone would be just be patient. The entire time of my application process i kept patient and silent. Because i know my stress or actions aren’t gonna change USCIS’s procedure. The only thing i did was going to info pass and getting stamp twice. Tbh I didn’t even expect my application to be approved, at least not without an interview. Hopefully everyone will get approved very soon. It was a long journey.Peace ✌️

Congratulations! When did you originally filed your I-751? You said that you had to do 2 stamps. Is that means the whole i751 process took almost 3 years? (18 months extension expires + 12 months first stamp expired + N number of months after 2nd stamp)

So, I’ve called customer service this morning. I couldn’t submit an inquiry that case is out of processing time even though I’m a october 2017 filer. I’m an a EAC filer and Vermont shows 19 months processing time, but I’m 19,5 right now. The customer service representative told me that website’s processing time are not accurate and Vermont’s processing time right now is 20 months. He told me that I should wait for 15 days and I’ll be able to submit the inquiry. Other than that there are no updates. My case was transferred to Lee Summit, MO on April 3rd. Now case is in local office. Nobody can tell me when exactly was it transferred to local office. Originally I thought that NBC schedules interviews and than transfers cases to local centers, but apparently that not my case. Mine is already in local office but there is no word on the interview. This waiting game sucks.

I applied on October 2017. however i applied for I-90 replacement of lost green card on April 2017 and got a stamp that time. May 2018 i got another stamp, and May 2019 the 3rd stamp. So i totally got 3 stamps over last three years.

I am noticing that usics clearing rfe that they recieved 20 days ago but lot of them are sitting for more than 80 days. Not sure how they schedule work .

It is so strange. At the beginning of this year a lot of cases in my group got rfe and I saw how most of them were approved on average in 10 business days. But after may, all the rfe responses sit there for over 80 days. On the bright side, if they wanted to transfer you for the interview, they would have done this already. There is only one outcome and it’s approval.

Upon inquiry, they informed me that officer is reviewing my case. Just bunch of lies with all these standard answers they send out

They approved one in 23 days today. This the second one in last three days that got approved within 25 days after recieving rfe .

In contrast, I seen one case is my group that switched to “case was transferred to schedule an interview” 58 days after “response to rfe was received”. So unpredictable.

Yes I requested an inquiry for outside processing time and yes they respond to me ... look at the picture... Yesterday I called I talked to both levels 1&2 but I didn’t get anything new only repeating what I already know ... So I decided to not bother myself and focus and live my life .

good luck everyone and GOD bless you all
