I think you suppose to refile i-751, but again,  I don't want to give you a wrong advice. Maybe call USCIS and asked them for advice. I still think you should start looking for a lawyer soon.  Take a look at the thread here:

Yes, it's been approved. I got this update when my approval letter (not the card) was mailed. The card came a few days after the letter.

Hi guys,

last week I had my ROC interview, I didn’t apply for I-400 because in the middle of my process I got divorce. Anyway, in the interview, at the end, they told me they’ll let me know in the next few weeks. On Friday I received a notification from the case tracker saying “new card is being produced,” however, online my status is the same, nothing hasn’t changed yet in there. Well, now I’m confused. Have I gotten approved or not?

Looks like service centers are not working on rfe cases . All rfes are sitting there . Some of the response Uscis recieved 80 and 90 days ago but still no division has been made.

Also , it's frustrating to see  that someday they usually just clear one case in entire day.

Oh I completely understand. It’s 56th day for me too. 56 days ago they sent it to NBC to schedule an interview, and still no interview....

They have to approve you. There is no way you get an interview after waited so long. Are you out of processing time ?

yes, I'm still waiting, I will share with you guys here the first thing if I got any update for sure haha. I just try not to think about it that much and focus on work, and deal with whatever answer we got from USCIS...(you can imagine I'm touching my painful heart and smiling lol)

Nothing means good news too, I definitely don't want rfe now

They got my RFE 98 days ago and no answer yet
