What is your local office? How were you able to make an inquiry that you did not receive your approval?  How many inquiries all together you had and what were the answers? I’m also waiting, getting closer to 21 month. On my last inquiry that case is out of processing time, my local office also responded that case is within processing time, which is a bs. I made USCIS customer service submit another inquiry on the day I got a response. I’m literally giving them another 30 days and will be reaching out to my governor.

Yeah, I sent inquiry online, and they told me ur case is in an off site storage facility, and they are going to request it. It's  been more than one month and still nothing. I will go Monday to Congresswoman office and have them inquire about my case.

Basically I contacted them to change my address (I tried 4 times and didn’t go through) the representative then transferred the case to a supervisor who called me. My inquiry was about the address update but he also opened a ticket inquiring about an approval notice that I didn’t receive. Few weeks later I called to check if my address was updated and it wasn’t then this agent opened an inquiry in regards to the time that is taking to process my case. My local office (orlando) replied saying that within the processing time. I’m assuming that by the moment that my case got amended to a waiver (dec 18) the process time restarted.

Tier 2 is a lie, i got a call from a "tier 2" and she didn't even know where my case is, she said its in california but its in Vermont. She seem doesn't know anything about the process and how it works, so i am 100% sure she wasn't a tier 2 officer. Your case can be like mine, in storage facility for sure, i sent to inquiry first one response was we are still processing your case.second respens to my second inquiry was it's in a storage facility.

No really i didn't included a letter that we are in the process of getting a divorce because at that time we didn't file it yet.

Oh my, 120 days after response to rfe that’s just inhuman. Technically, you should be approved any day. If they haven’t transferred you to local office to have an interview, they should approve you. What are you planning to send them with the divorce decree?

I’m so sorry that you have to go through all this... keep us posted if Congress representative helps.

There should not be any kind of restarting. This is the same i75, not the new one. You’ve been waiting for too long, may want to contact your local senator. This is a waiting torture.

I will just send the decree and a letter explaining the circumstances of the marriage. I sent all what i have while responding to the RFE. I just hope they didn't lost my case completely.

Is it necessary to attach photo ID with the affidavit even if the affidavit is Notarized?

I don’t think photo is is necessary. Affidavit is notarized, and notary public already verified the identity of the person who signed.

Hi all,

I just want to let you know that my application was approved on 7/23.

I submitted my application to the Vermont Service Center a few days late and received a NOA on 10/10/17.  My biometrics appointment was in November 2017. My case was transferred to Texas in November 2018. I received a RFE in April of this year requesting evidence showing I had good cause to apply late (I submitted it when I first applied late but I guess it was not enough) and more evidence that the marriage was entered in good faith. I responded to the RFE on July 3 and my application was approved July 23.

Thank you all for the support and advice.

Quick question.  I am little worried because my usc spouse started a new drama recently after I got 10 years approved greencard. Before approval, she used to threat me with false domestic violence and divorce every time if she got mad or if things didn't go in her way.  Now days if we get in argument ,she said she will go to immig officer and say false stuff about our marriage and have me out . She have lot ego and anger . Well, she cooled down couple of days later and we started talking little. I am wondering if immig officer will believe on her false  statement and question me .
