Disclaimer: Vaccines are a hot topic not looking to debate here, just need help with the waiver if possible lol...

Here's the breakdown..

Pregnant Wife who also has Religious/Moral Objections to Vaccination: I've researched the specifics from USCIS and CDC and apparently it can be at the doctor's discretion.. and ultimately the CDC says many vaccines can still be given to pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers (our son may come before the interview)

on the Immigrant Visa Application I answered "yes" to "do you have all the required vaccinations?" because she has a vaccine report from her youth. However, upon later inspection, this vaccine report does not contain all of the required vaccines.

I've noticed a I-690 Waiver for Grounds of Inadmissibility.. where one can include a sworn affidavit, testimonies, and explanations of religious/moral objections to vaccination.

If it IS possible to use this form...

QUESTION 1: When/Where/and How would I submit it? at the interview? to the USCIS in the States? etc...

QUESTION 2: what's the best way to explain the error made on the Immigrant Visa Application (if asked)?

I would say at the moment that more than likely there will be no waiver given for vaccinations. This is because of you don't know there is a big measles outbreak going on because of unvaccinated people both immigrants and USCs. So vaccination waivers due to religious objections in communities like Ultra-Orthodox Jews are fast becoming a thing of the past.

QUESTION 2: what's the best way to explain the error made on the Immigrant Visa Application (if asked)?

Q2:  Take a new, corrected visa application to the interview and give it to the IO and explain the error then.

Q1:  The visa will be denied based on inadmissability law (applicant did not pass medical/required vaccinations lacking), then you will be told how to submit the waiver application.  You submit the waiver and evidence/rationale/justification as instructed for your embassy/consulate and wait for a response.  Waivers take a while to be processed and reviewed, so it will delay the approval of the visa.  Hard to say how many weeks or months that will take...

Good luck!

If you filled in and submitted the visa application online, via CEAC, you should be able to view your completed application on CEAC and download a copy of it.  So I suggest that you do that, and write in the corrections, then take this to the interview, maybe with a letter of explanation attached, to give to the IO.  If you mailed in the application, you should have saved a photocopy.

Run the titers- just blood work really and take that to the Med exam. If she has those plus she’s pregnant she shouldn’t be having any other shots (and no, dtap or flu shot during pregnancy is definitely not safe and never tested on the pregnant women- read the vaccine insert fully).

It’s blood work confirmation of immunity conferred either by disease or vaccinations. If she has immunity she doesn’t need any more shots.
