Timeline

Still waiting and we are now at 384 days from Bio Apt. whereas the timeline guide says average time is about 351 days for the Vegas office.

I did email USCIS on the 1st and should hear back within 10 days or so with a reply.  There are only 8 people here on VJ who are out of he Vegas office.

My question is..   Where it says "Average days between bio and apt (if appointment required).   Am I to assume that there are a few aps that they just pass through like they

did several years Ago?  (I've read ALL aps get interview), so by NOT getting an interview, is it an automatic denial even without an RFE?   I think of the 8 here, 3 already got

their apt, one even got their GC, and I checked the status and there is no change, so I assume again, maybe by the end of the month they will change it and we can have our interview

late July.   It's getting where someone one day will have their N-400 apt scheduled while waiting for their AOS apt! LOL
