Hi guys,

 

I have a concern about the alien number. In 2016 I had a request for k1 and k2 for my daughter which I canceled since he did not want me to take my daughter with me and things got complicated. I have the letter that the case was closed and filed correctly.

 

I met a new person in 2017 in my country 1 year after having finished the previous relationship and in April 2019 we got married, he wants to make us an application for CR1 and CR2.

 

Should we use the same alien number that was assigned to me in 2016?

 

Would it cause me problems to have another visa application through someone?

29-Mar-2021: Passed interview at local office! Oath Ceremony to be scheduled

#1. You can just leave the A# blank or use the one assigned to you.

 

#2. Yes and they will probably have some questions regarding your previous visa application. It was good as previous application was not denied.

Thank you! I made the request to the embassy by myself, I send a letter by email requesting the cancellation to USCIS and also to the NVC! The NVC sent me a letter to my house giving me instructions, everything I have filed!
