Both part I and II. You can also check it at NVC forum, go to the NVC website link where you can find out the requirements about Philippines. Moreover, you can find it our by calling NVC and speaking with an operator live.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

I'm also on CR-1. She needs to submit both part I and II of DS-230, and only sign the Part I. She will sign part II infront of the CO before the interview. Include with the DS-230 all the required documents. There's a check-list in the Instructions for Immigrant Visa Applicants that she can follow.

This includes:

1. Birth Certificate (NSO)

2. Police Certificates (of other Countries where she stayed for more than 6 months)

3. NBI clearance

4. Photocopy of the biographic data of her passport

5. Marriage Certificate (NSO)

6. Annulment documents/Divorce decree (if this apply)

Good Luck!

Ok, thank you for your reply. We got everything from the NSO like birth cirtificate and marriage license. But will they need the original forms of the NSO or is a photo copy of it enough? Please advise me.. Thank yoU!

During my interview, I gave them original copies of my birth and marriage certificate. Although they said they will accept photocopies, USEM-Manila, prefers original copies from NSO. Good luck.
