Hi! Our Cr1 visa petition  approved on April 2019. But its already 6 weeks over and yet no nvc case number. Anybody is having the same situation?

Any suggestions is welcome.

It could take to 8 weeks. Mine took exactly 8 weeks.  However, you can call them to check.

NVC posts when they are assigning case numbers based on the date they receive the case from USCIS. It is updated every single Monday. Last Monday they where working on cases received 08April2019 and this Monday they began working 18April2019. I was assigned my case number on Wednesday and my case was received 24APR2019. Call NVC and verify they have not assigned your case number and just dont have your contact info. My was sent to the emails on the I130 and I130A. Good luck.

Have you received an email from NVC about delay of case number even if you didnt write or call regarding your petition?

No. I started to contact them after 6 weeks: they told me to wait as it might take 8 weeks and...it did take 8 weeks.
