Timeline

Seeing all of these approvals is really getting exciting. Here's an update on our case timeline:

Mailed packet: April 23

Packet received as CSC: April 25

NOA: June 5

Notice that biometrics would be reused: Feb 22

Notice to appear for biometrics: May 3

Biometrics: May 20

Our Case number is WAC 181925****

We have been at CSC throughout.

The new site never showed an update after "Case Received" until May 21, when it showed they received biometrics.

The old site has never worked, still gives the validation error.

Same situation VSC April filer, receipt date 04/13/18 but then says online, "We received your fingerprint fee for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. Your case is now properly filed." on 05/08/18. ?? Dont no if this means i will fall in with the May filers?

Transfer to TSC on 3/20/19 and haven't heard anything since.

Congrats.  I wish I was never transferred form VSC to TSC now, seems in the efforts to clear the backlog they've sorta filed the transferrers to the back of the ever increasing queue

How frustrating is this !!

From old site I can only get this information (See the attached picture). On 2/22/2019 we received a letter saying we're reusing your biometrics.. Can't get to new site, bc it says your account is blocked. Even before 2019 it was blocked. Should I be worried or just wait for the mails coming? Any of you guys have similar situation? The new site is a total disaster..

What's your priority date in April? My priority date is April 24th and my case is at VSC too (not transferred). Mine says that my name was updated on May 9th.

Not sure what you mean by priority date, I submitted around April 16th and received first NOA on May 9th because of the H1B delays. I was never transferred and didn't submit citizenship.

So I had to renew my driving license yesterday using my 18month extension letter and expired green card.  Everything was fine until they present you with your license which is only valid until December this year, thats when the extension letter expires, stating you really need to get that letter renewed.  🤬 like I dont know that!!

So in all, I have had 4 driving licenses here each costing $24 each and another to renew by the end of the year.  This is just plain stupid.

VSC April 2018 filer transferred to TSC March 2019 and still nothing

Same here pal. EXACTLY the same situation. With the dollar amounts and everything. Lol. Also the lady at the MVA was assuring me that I only have the status till September 30 not December 30 lol and I almost punched her in the face.

Congrats!!! Was your case transferred to texas? when was your case received by USCIS? thanks

My case was not transferred at all. It was received May 14, 2018.

K1, EAD/AP + AOS + ROC = 0 RFE's

Next step: Citizenship!

Just got a biometrics notice after receiving re-use notice in february, appointment isn't until june 4th. I was really hoping for an approval. In everyone else's experience that got late biometrics notice recently, how long after biometrics did you get approved? Will I get moved to the back of the pile now? Is there still a chance for RFE after this? I'm a late april/early may filer 2018 and can't track my application online, new website just shows case received and old website shows validation error. So frustrating all because of the snafu last year! Also I feel the other poster who posted about renewing your drivers license multiple times, I've probably renewed my driver's license 4/5 times by now and will have to again :(

I feel your pain. My status is stuck at received as well.

I received the biometrics waiver around Sept 2018 and was send to a biometrics appointment which I attended 3 weeks ago (May 2019). Still no change for me.
