This could be your Biometric Appointment, CSC has sent out some appointments even for people who got the waiver.

Hope it’s your Approval 💪👌

I couldnt wait for 6pm to open the envelope and decided to call USCIS about my case. After 30 mins on hold the representative told me that my case was finally approved. I dont want to celebrate until I open the letter in a few hours and the tracker, account and check my status websites are still not updating my case.

I-751 Sent: 4/28/18

Received 12 & 18 mos extensions in July

Biometrics waived 2/28/19

No RFE, No Transfer, No Bio, No Interview, No N-400,

We did have a lawyer but just because the process was so long and sometimes I am not very diligent with the mail

I was very concerned and I already had a file ready in case of an RFE. My evidence I think it was light. We have a joint bank account but since my husband (USC) is sick he cannot work so it only shows my direct deposit, we didnt have an apartment lease at that time, but we had the car insurance, 3 affidavits, a letter from my family member that rented us a room, Driver license, just one year of joint taxes, life insurance that we got online, the title of 2 old vehicles we own and around 25 photos. I did make sure that all the evidence was from the beginning of the relationship, middle and actual. I hope everyone gets approved soon

Congratulations @tennnis123 can't wait for mine to get approve since I will be travelling (out of country) in a couple of months from now.

By the way do you mind sharing your six digits WAC? Thanks!

I agree.  I guess you were transfered to TSC or did you manage to stay with VSC?

I think I stayed at VSC, mine just says 'Fingerprint review was completed' since June last year... Don't know if that is worse or better but I'm over the waiting!

The same, what puzzles me is there are people who filed two months after to VSC getting approved.  I guess they pick up a random pile to process rather than in any particular order.

I got transferred from VSC to TSC 62 days ago, since then ......  Nadda!

For RFE, Do we have to use the same envelope with a red strip on the side to mail in all the documents? Because they said please use the envelop provided to mail in the documents but there is no way this envelope can fit more the 5-6 sheets of paper. Any suggestions?

Maybe you could use a full size envelope (8.5×11) or a priority mail envelope and use the envelope they sent you as the mailing label? Just tape it on the front of the larger envelope.
