I filed in April also, I have not even done biometrics neither did I receive reuse of biometric letter. I'm curious to know, is anyone in similar situation?

Are you a CSC filer ? What are the first 5 numbers of your receipt ?

Are there any April Filers stuck at CSC waiting for a response? I'm an April filer and I didn't hear any thing back since redoing my biometrics in late May. It's been 2 and half months. It will be helpful to know if there is people sharing the same experience.

Same scenario with us, you're not alone no worries.

Yes am CSC filer....WAC18188.....Are you in a similar situation?

My receipt number is WAC18186... It looks like many filers with similar receipt numbers are delayed. All we can do is wait and hope for the best :)

WAC18187..... here

Reason why it takes so long is background checking. They have to wait for other agencies to be done with their job before they can proceed probably.

It could be. But what is the meaning of "Fingerprint review was completed"? Is it just an automated response?

My concern is I have not even gotten a letter for finger print reuse or appointment for a new capture.

We got that letter for biometric reuse March I think. After that they asked us for RFE and we submitted everything, they got it on May 30th, On their site is still “RFE was received” nothing ever since then. They told us on the phone when we called that they moved our case now from NSC to NBC beginning of August, but we never got the letter explaining why.

When I asked for last update on our case kind gentleman told us they are waiting for background check to be done and case is been processing, wish us good luck as well. I guess background checking procedures taking way too long for them, so they can do their job and make decisions after that.

It means that they going to reuse your previous fingerprints probably,I’m not completely sure.  We got the same update before they asked us for RFE, and got mail saying they will reuse it.

Any April 2018 VSC (Non Transfer guys) still waiting for approval ?

Mine shows "Fingerprint completed" since July 2018.

I'm still waiting! Non-transfer, filed April 24th. Mine got updated to "Name was updated" in July 2019, but nothing after that.

I guess the group of WAC1818 are in the same basket of someone and that person maybe on vacation and forget about us.

Mine is WAC18185...

Got waiver for Biometric since Feb 2019 and nothing happened until now.

I applied for N400 in April 2019

*Called USCIS Tier 1 few weeks ago, say I have to wait, they still in process with Biometric Completed in February. Can't transfer to Tier 2 at all.

My N400 said estimate completion time is November 2019. Hopefully will get some good news before Trump announced any new policy for immigration.

Anybody here who’s like ours or similar case?

We sent our l751 form on 4/22/18 to CSC

3/6/19 transferred from CSC to NSC

3/7/19 biometrics reused

5/2/19 got request for evidence

5/30/19 sent evidence back to them

WAC1818....

Waiting more than 2 months after we sent our RFE to them, hopefully it’s going to start moving faster 🙏

We have the exact same timeline and details! The only difference is that I sent our evidence back on July 24th because it took time for us to gather everything due to our busy work schedules. I'm still anxious about what I send though. I hope it moves faster since our extension letter ends at October. *sigh *
