Mine was transferred since March 19th. Yeah, definitely a little more worried now. 😔😔😔

I just double checked, it was transferred on the 19th not 20th :)

Everything crossed for a smooth and stress free journey

*sigh* Hoping today is the day I get the notification that my card is in production. 139 days since case was transferred. If I don’t get the notification today, I have to go get the I-551 stamp in my passport.

Do you have an 12 or a 16 month letter?

Initially, I had a 12 months letter then they sent an 18 months one. The 12 months one already expired since April but the 18 months one expires today.

Do you have an extension letter covering you as well or has that expired? I was transferred from Vermont to Texas as well.

I only received a 12-month extension letter and did InfoPass to get another 1-year extension on passport before travelling abroad.

You should have no problem in getting the I-551. Just call the general USCIS customer service number to arrange the InfoPass near your location.

We called yesterday and now I’m waiting on their call back. The representative said it can take up to 72 hours for them to call back and give me an appointment. Is that how it works? Or can I go online and make the appointment?

You can go online if your nearest USCIS service center accepts online booking.

This year our local center stopped accepting online reservation and I guessed it's mostly same with other centers.

As you wait for the call back, you could try online, and maybe try calling again.

Why do they need to call back instead of making an appointment on the spot, it's a mistery.

Pls do know that it's your right to get the stamp.

The local office not accepting online appointments🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. They make everything so damn difficult. I’ll call them back now instead of waiting. It’s all just one big waiting game with them, I’m sick of it now.

Hi All,

I’ve used this site as my guide since our (my husband and I) immigration journey began in 2015. It’s been a life line and wealth of information. Thank you for all that contribute!!

We filed our I-751 at VCS April 2018, received our 12 month NOA a few weeks after in May 2018. Biometrics was done in mid June 2018. We received our 18 month NOA in early August 2018. Our case was transferred to TSC on March 20, 2019. Finally, after roughly 3.5 months we got an alert that a new card was being produced yesterday and another update today that our case was approved!

EAC18155*****

No RFE. No Interview.

** I highly recommend downloading the USCIS case tracker app. It’s how I was able to keep track of other cases and my own on a day to day basis.

All the best to those still waiting, keep your heads up!
