I am so nervous. Waiting to hear about my 10 year green card after applying to remove the conditions. Sent in the petition in March 2018, got notice that it was received on 04/13/2018. Did biometrics on 07/06/2018 and then the last thing I've heard from USCIS is that my case was transferred from VCS to TCS on 03/20/2019. Receipt number is EAC181525****. I see people with receipt numbers higher than mine already got their case approved but still no word on mine. Really nervous now. Maybe I shouldn't be since we had no issues with my initial petition. I don't know. I hate this waiting game.

Hey I think there are a couple of people in your shoes on this thread. I was also tracking the numbers and saw that ppl before were being approved. I was also transferred to Texas in March (a week before you) and heard nothing until last week. I feel like they really picked up the cases in these past 2 weeks - so hopefully the end is near! good luck and keep us posted!

My receipt number starts with the same code and I am waiting like you. At least is good to know that I am not the only one too.

Hopefully our cases get approved this week.

Also, my 18 months extension letter expires today and still no word on my new green card or another extension letter. Is there anything I can do to show I am still here legally while I wait for my new green card?

You can go to your local office to get a stamp in your passport.

Anybody here who’s like ours or similar case?

We sent our l751 form on 4/22/18 to CSC

3/6/19 transferred from CSC to NSC

3/7/19 biometrics reused

5/2/19 got request for evidence

5/30/19 sent evidence back to them

WAC1818....

Waiting more than 2 months after we sent our RFE to them, hopefully it’s going to start moving faster 🙏

WAC1818... here as well. We almost have the same timeline. They received my case on 4/24/18 at CSC. Biometrics taken on 05/28/19. But we haven't heard anything since. No transfer, no Interview and no RFE. It is a frustrating waiting game. I haven't file for citizenship yet. Hopefully we hear some good news sometime soon :)

That’s a plus that you haven’t been transferred from CSC anywhere else in my own opinion, but no matter what all we can do is to pray 🙏

Our original package included:

- i751 form

- my GC copy

- Joint leases of apartments we lived together since marriage

- Tax return of 2016

- 2 bank letters showing our joint account and me as an authorized user of my husband's credit card. (Not statements included)

- Joint mutual found statement (not listed as received doc in the RFE letter)

- Beneficiary Designations

- Pet adoption document showing both my husband and I are owner (not listed as received doc in the RFE letter)

- Utility bills with both our name on the account and current address

- Travel Itineraries

- Photos of our 2 wedding/receptions, one in my home country, one in the US

- Facebook print out of anything related to both of us since marriage. (not listed as received doc in the RFE letter)

- 2 affidavit letters, one from my MIL, one from my husband's uncle who live in the same city with us. We also use this uncle's house address as our mailing address.

RFE Letter requests:

- Children info if any (we don't have any children yet)

- Current lease in both names (we already submitted this in the original package)

- deeds and morgages in both names

- DL with current address

- bank account statements with transactions

- property, life, or health insurance doc

- additional fed and state tax return doc or W2 (we haven't done our 2017 tax before we submit the package)

- loan or credit card account statements

Our RFE package included:

- Original RFE letter

- Cover letter written and signed by my husband, stating what we are including in our package, and what we have submitted in the original package

- Both our DL with current address

- Letter from our auto insurance company stating we have been both insured under the same policy for the past 3 years

- Insurance ID cards for the past 3 years

- Renters insurance statement for the past 3 years

- Joint checking account statement with transactions for the past 3 years

- Credit card statement for the past 3 years

-  Evidence showing my husband and I are co-owner of our company (founded after we submitted the original package)

- Health and dental insurance showing we are under the same policy

- Joint tax return doc for 2017 and 2018

One thing I want to mention is, I did not know the existence of the Filing tips page on USCIS Websit (https://www.uscis.gov/forms-filing-tips). Unfortunately, my original docs are all organized in a 3 ring binder, and I highlighted all the key info on every single page, and I put all the colored tabs on the side of the document. I came across this web page later on and I cried for 2 days blaming myself for doing everything wrong. With my husband's support and comfort, I finally calmed down and accepted the fact that I'll receive an RFE in the future. Now thinking about my original package, I did miss some key info such as DL, bank statements, auto/renters insurance doc. After I finally got the RFE letter, I took my time to put together the package. When organizing the final doc folder, i went to staples and two hole punched all the pages on top, color tabbed them all at the bottom of the page, and put them into a legal sized folder with 2 hole fastener on top. I mailed the folder out in a USPS priority soft envelope. Packaged was received the next day and approved in a week and half.

Hope info above helps those who are dealing with RFEs!

How long is it from the noticed RFE day to the actual received day you had your RFE letter? I have not received RFE letter for 10 days.
