It’s been over a month now since Nebraska has Received my RFE 🤦‍♂️ This is absolutely frustrating.

They received it on June 12th. I’ve seen cases that have had their RFEs sent in and have usually heard back within 20 days.

Such a demotivating process 😢

At least you had an RFE. I took biometrics late may and we haven't heard anything since.

Today I finally received an email saying that my case status has been updated to "Card/Document Production".

Case sent April 6, 2018 (I think) to VSC

Case transferred to TX on March 12 and 13 (got two notices, not sure why)

No RFE

No Interview

Did not file for N400 (and don't plan to)

Good luck to everyone here! Looks like they are finally moving in Texas!

I've been noting down some of the posts here. Looking for patterns, I see that many of you with a receipt number of EAC1812****** and EAC1813****** have been approved and got to the card in production stage. Many of the EAC1815****** receipts (including me) has had no progress beyond the transfer. It appears that those of us who got transferred to TSC, got transferred around the same time, so I don't think the transfer date really matters. I think they are working in order of receipt number... at least that's my observation. I wish we also tracked the receipt number in our spreadsheet, even just a partial number..

12-01-2014: Sent I-129F package via FedEx

12-03-2014: Package arrived at TSC

12-08-2014: Check cashed

12-12-2014: NOA1 hard copy

01-23-2015: USCIS status: Case was Approved

01-30-2015: NOA2 hard copy

02-02-2015: USCIS sent K1 package to NVC

02-10-2015: NVC received K1 package

02-11-2015: Date that NVC supposedly assigned case number

02-18-2015: Called NVC and asked for case number

02-23-2015: Paid MRV Fee

03-02-2015: Scheduled USEM interview appointment

03-02-2015: NVC letter received

03-09-2015: Medical interview

04-23-2015: USEM interview, got 221g email, CEAC status: Immigrant AP

04-28-2015: CFO Seminar, sent 221g response

04-29-2015: USEM received 221g response

04-30-2015: CEAC status date updated

06-17-2015: CEAC status: Non-Immigrant Ready

06-27-2015: CEAC status: Non-Immigrant AP

07-01-2015: Visa in hand! (CEAC still AP lol)

Have you received a 18month extension letter?

If not, you have the right to request an extension stamp on your passport.

To get it, call USCIS customer service or go online to arrange InfoPass appointment at your local USCIS.

Thank you for answering my questuon, Yes I do have 18th month extension, and it is as well nearly approaching to end. I tried to reach info pass in sacramento but it says they don’t do walk in and scheduled appointment. That’s why i am so worried. I’ve seen a lot of people got approved for April from CSC and my case update is still about fingerprint received in June 5.

If you filed in April, and have an 18 month Extension, assuming your Green card Expired some time in June 2018, you should be good till about December 2019 with your 18 month extension. However yes you can get a stamp if my math and assumptions are incorrect :)

Thank you, I am planning to bring the 18th month extension and expired green card. It was so unfortunate that infopass near me doesn't accept appointments and walk in. I will try get in touch with USCIS too. My case number starts at WAC i tried searching other files close to my number most of them received their cards already. And here we are still waiting for an update.

I called USCIS last week and Monday, Tier 1 can't help and not able to transfer me to Tier 2.

Tier 1 supervisor said we can't make infopass until 30 days before our extension letter ends.

Are you in San Diego? I have not received any update since Feb 28 for Biometric as well.
