I have to agree, even the processing time on the USCIS website for VSC has decreased and is faster now than TSC.  SO much for work load balancing.  I dont how they are store, if on a computer then I'm sure you can sort via date to process the older ones first, if store in a paper file then they should be sorted and stored in order - or at least common sense would dictate that?

I spoke with a tier 1 yesterday, she was also dumfounded, I asked if I could be transfered back to VSC, her answer was no, I guess if I hung out for a tier 2transferred it could happen.

Has any April 2018 filers who transfered to TSC from VSC been approved / REF'd yet?  Seems we are lost in the void

same here, April 2018 filer who transferred to TSC from VSC  no advancement yet

Received GC on Friday (05/31) via my lawyer's office. According to our lawyer, I will be eligible to apply for Naturalization (N-400) in the first week of August.

The journey has been a long one but thankfully it is now over. Now on to the final stretch of this immigration process.

God has been good!

:)

I know the rest of y'all will get the good news soon. Stay positive!

Thank you for the kind words.

You are correct in saying that USCIS issues and sends out the card.

However in our case, USCIS mailed the Green Card to our lawyer.

That's because when filing for the ROC, we had signed the Form G-28 (Opting Section 2b in Part 4) which is the 'Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative'.

In doing so, we declared consent to representative including contact information and signature, that the Green Card (Form I-551) would be mailed to our legal representative when approved.

Hope that helped.

😊
