Hopefully not. I received the biometrics reuse too in February (part of the mass letters sent out by USCIS) but have not heard from

them til i received the letter late april for my bio appointment last May 8. After my biometrics appointment, like 19 days, my status changed from biometrics review completed to card is being produced.

Okay. Happy for you. I think if USCIS send letter biomentrics i think that's kind of good sign. for some ppl got reuse letter in FEB and since then no changes.

Oppsie...I posted this in the wrong thread 🤣😫 I am a Jan 2018 filer lol. They lost  a few of the documents I initially sent them. I’ll post the rfe and what I sent them anyway. I’m sure it’ll help some of you.

**Edit: it won’t let me upload the letter, I’ll try again later**

I have to agree, even the processing time on the USCIS website for VSC has decreased and is faster now than TSC.  SO much for work load balancing.  I dont how they are store, if on a computer then I'm sure you can sort via date to process the older ones first, if store in a paper file then they should be sorted and stored in order - or at least common sense would dictate that?

I spoke with a tier 1 yesterday, she was also dumfounded, I asked if I could be transfered back to VSC, her answer was no, I guess if I hung out for a tier 2 it could happen.

Has any April 2018 filers who transfered to TSC from VSC been approved / REF'd yet?  Seems we are lost in the void

Can anyone help with the timeline from "Card is being produced" to receiving it in the mail? I have a visa appointment scheduled for next week that I wont need if I get the green card in the mail. Can anyone please help?

My husband's went to Card is being produced on Friday, Case is approved on Tuesday, Card is being mailed on Wednesday, USPS has picked up for delivery on Thursday (includes the tracking number). Tracking shows delivery tomorrow, Saturday.  (keep in mind the weekend + Monday was a holiday)

I do see there is a USCIS mail coming today, which i'm guessing is the approval letter.

Thanks LinJoe. Does the website provide the tracking number? Do you think the green card comes in a different mail or does it come with the approval letter?

The new site hasn't updated for us. it's still sitting at case transferred on March 7th. the old site is what's been updating. for this latest status of USPS picked up for delivery shows the tracking number. the approval letter is sent separately. There is something coming in the mail today from USCIS, which i'm guessing is the approval letter. the tracking shows the card to be delivered tomorrow.
