I pray for you all before I pray for myself and I'm not telling you not to be rational about your life decisions but this is a beautiful world which our Creator has created for us the human beings Allah is our sustainor so if you find any possibility of doing so consider this option when he gets a GC after filing CR1 you both can move back to US?

That would be nice, but i have a lot of responsibilities and we are financially more stable and my fiance realizes that too..he moved his life here already..he is just missing himself.

Inshallah i am very hopeful but i feel really upset when half of Ramadan has already came and gone and eid is soon approaching..i just want to spend it with him...this year. It will be our 4th ramadan and eid apart.

Please remember me in your prayers

4 years is a v long time my dear if me and my husband get a chance I'd definitely consider doing this because all I want is for us to have a good life with each other nothing  else if it weren't for him I may never have considered moving to US at all I love traveling I might have visited but honestly there are amazing countries and places I'm not saying US is not a good country of course it is but if Allah has given you other options make most of it and enjoy you get this life only once! Think about it :) can come back to US later

Salam Visa Journey friends,

Just want to update you all that my brother received his visa last week. Alhamdullilah!! He was interviewed with his family on October 24th, 2018. Two of his family members received questionnaire email the next day of interview. All family members were placed in AP for about 6 and half months. We were requested to get second medical by the end of sixth month after the interview. After submitting of second medical, he got visa  issued in 30 days.

This AP process was a stressful nightmare for our family, but finally is over Allah ka shukkar. One of his child  is still waiting for visa due to delay medical.

I wish you all good luck with this stressful waiting time in AP. Do not lose hope, every case is different and takes AP process according to individual's situation I guess. This forum was very helpful during this time and we got a lot of information from here.
