Not necessarily in two months.

 

And  not everyone has thousands of dollars to spend on legal fees.

I am in AP since june 2018 submitted ds-5535 , b1/b2 visa , and have been to us, texas 4 times as visitor,

Anyone wife from Pakistan got email questioner like DS5535. Can you please share your experience. 
 

our case is IR-1. honestly we have no idea why they send us those questions. Our background is cleaned. There shouldn’t be red flags. This is devasting. Been married for 2.5 yrs & this week interview was excellent. Staff was nice too. Approval on spot.

Everyone gets asked to submit the DS5535... unfortunately. What did you mean by approval on spot?

VO said congratulation you will get passport in few days. Be ready to travel in 2 wks. I had no missing docs. everything was good. The DS 5535 came in email format next day.

I guess it maybe just a security measure and you’ll be issued a visa as soon as possible
