Yes on 3rd april right after my interview day then on 10/11 which embassy called me to ask something then on 29april upon receiving missing docs.

Yeah I think so too because second time in a row without inquiring.

45 days since we submitted the second medical... 

I feel like when my fiance was requested for updated medical we felt so hopeful..i still am but it really pulls you apart. 

Before we were asked, we were honestly expecting to wait even longer and we put it in the back of our heads. We were planning for other ways to be together. Go to a different country or something. Then alhamdullilah this happened and now we re back to just thinking about it every day of every minute..except really on the weekends when we know the embassy is closed...

Allah please have mercy on us. This is really draining.

Really we were so hopeful when embassy requested to redo medical but it's been almost 2 months it's really worrying why did they request another medical when they have to linger your case again. But God is always great. Just pray pray and pray he listens and answers our prayers.

But seriously, @paki-guyyou claim that you're knowledgeable enough and I understand that...but don't take it too far.

How do you feel about write of mandamus for a CR1 case that has been pending AP since December 2017 with priority date of Aug 2016. And in the waiting after the interview a US child was born?

Salam dear I'd say moving to a different country if possible is a great idea why don't you guys get married stay together and file CR1 I know u have waited long but when you two are together time won't matter.

That would be nice, but i have a lot of responsibilities and we are financially more stable and my fiance realizes that too..he moved his life here already..he is just missing himself.

 

Inshallah i am very hopeful but i feel really upset when half of Ramadan has already came and gone and eid is soon approaching..i just want to spend it with him...this year. It will be our 4th ramadan and eid apart.
