I applied from Lebanon on Aug 2018, I got DS5535 and I have submitted it in the same month and since then I have no update. CAT F4

Good morning to everyone on here.

I am starting to think and believe that the DS form is given to transfer banned countries and muslims in general.

My reason is because I find myself not from a banned country but because of me being a muslim I had a form to fill.

But successfully I went through it and I got my visa.

Who else isnt from a banned country but a muslim and had to fill out a Ds Form?

Pakistan is not a banned country there are quite a few of us on here that have filled out the questionaire.

same for me since may/2018 never updated on its own i have to send email to get an update. last 3 emails they never even reply or update.

Had my interview on 3/26 and got issued on 7/11.

May I ask what visa type you are on and what happened at your interview?

Also I believe its better to let your senators enquire rather than send them personal emails.

It keeps the embassy on their toes when senators enquire and it somewhat speeds the process than personal emails.

I am a Pakistani and Christian but filled ds5535 and in AP for last 4 months, please don't try to mix this with religion we Pakistani have to go through extreme vetting regardless of religion. My whole family parents are US Citizen despite all I had ds5535.

Anyway you are the first person(Christian) to have been given this form and I believe if you had a christian name you wouldn’t be affected.

I am trying to do a survey on this.

Give me one Christian name to have been given this form to fill.

I have spoken to alot of people to be affected.Most of them either have a muslim name or are muslims.

Not the first and not the last before me I know 1 person from karachi Pakistan , Name Marshall Benjamin had ds5535 and got his visa after stayed more than year in AP. As per state department rules we considers Pakistani not christians or any other faith. It's typically specific countries centred policy.

Bro you are new here. I have been on this forum for a very long time and have learned from many people. Thank you for helping and if you could kindly do a lawsuit for me against the USCIS😂
