Yes.....and make sure you file for adjustment of status as quickly as possible after marriage...........like asap..........and before your I-94 expires if at all possible.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

If you wait until you have a green card, you will be charged less money though l. Currently they will charge you as out of state/foreign student. 

 

Also marry asap and file AOS asap. Not sure why you're waiting. No benefit to it at all

Online shouldn't be a problem at all. Contact the schools you're interested in and their admissions team will be more than happy to explain to you the application process and fees etc 😊. 

 

As others mentioned, you may have to pay a little more than the state residents as you'll be considered an out of state student. However, this isn't always the case. I've applied for an online masters at a university in Michigan and they charge the same fee for in state and out of state. So, what I mean is, it is worth searching around, and you might find something which is really reasonable!
