just recived the RFE right now, they saying like that:

Joint Sponsor: a sponsor who cannot deonstrate the means to maintain an income of at least 125% of federal poverty guideline may have one or more joint sponser, submit a fully executed and signed form, 1-864 from addtional sponsers other than the petitiong sponser who is willing to act as a joint sponser, in addition submit evdince to show that each joint sponsor is, cuzutueb

fedral tax return: please submit form i-864A for the joint sponsor spouse if a joint tax retuern will be used to qualify

update form 1-693: submit a new form 1-693 ( medical exminitation) that has been and signed by a physician who is on the civil surgoen's list. a new medical examination is needed beciase the medical examination in your file shows that the required serologic tests for HIV and Syphilis

i sended already the fedral tax returns, and the doctors papers, but they asking again

i called to check for the doctor in near area, it cost 300$,, which its reall bad news, and the joint sponser is i dont know who can make, it, but i was sure that we was over 125% proverty line :S

so people i neeed help expicaly about doctor, any body knows any cheaper one, in the area of iowa, and minnapolise?

i dont have any health insurnce or anything

Did you send in your co-sponsir's tax returns? That's what it's asking for.

Also, you need a medical since you do not have a Syphillis or HIV test.

USCIS tends to send RFE about Affidavit of support without actually looking at the package. I got a similar RFE even though everything was sent
