Hello,

I'm also a US military spouse (Air Force) and a British Citizen. My husband is based here in Germany and we did DCF (CR1 visa) from here. I entered the US to validate my visa in January and I will be here in Germany until December. There is no problem with your being out of the US due to your husband's military orders, but you should ensure you are included on these orders (not sure OP if you are coming to Germany from the US or from England? - you do not need a US passport to be flown on the military's expense, but you do need to be on the orders when he PCS-es.)

Just been reading this thread late in the game........

Would flying Space-A with dependent I.D work as well?

Also, I'm in that situation as well. My orders will be cut before my fiancee and I will get to be married. Or do you think there is a possible way outbound assignments can change them to reflect your (now) wife to be your dependent?

Thanks!

Marvis
