Procedure to renew tourist visa

Hi everyone,

 

My aunt had a 5 years multiple tourist visa to USA which expires today. Just wanted to find out what's the procedure for renewal? I mean does she just need to simply fill out a new d260 non immigrants visa application form, submit and get an interview date? Or Is it any different? 

Can someone please help me so that I can guide her better. Thanks in advance

Depends what country she is resident of. Some allow mail-in /online renewal if same visa type, most require another interview.

She lives in Bangladesh and is a Bangladeshi passport holder.. So does she need to fill out form and take interview appointment?

She fills out the application online, answer some eligibility questions, and the system should let her know if she is eligible for an interview waiver. Failing a waiver, she interviews in Dhaka.
