I-130 EXPEDITED AT USCIS

Hi everyone,    can you please explain how long does NVC takes if the case was expedited at USCIS? 

( I requested USCIS to expedite my husband and one year old daughter's case on April 8. uscis did accept the request and approved I-130 on April 22. and sent case to NVC.. can anyone please explain next process at NVC. thanks

Wouldn't your daughter be a USC and therefore not need a visa?

NO, SHE WASN'T BORN IN US.  i'm not citizen either. i'm PR.

But you filed for an IR/CR-1?  Isn't that for spouse of USC?

I’m confused .. your  time line indicates an already issued spouse visa ... and you’ve placed this question in the Adjustment of Status forum .. which isn’t needed for spouse visa. 

What am I missing ?

Plus, F visas are subject to availability, so how can they be expedited?

Definitely need more details we congratulated her in August about the approval of her husbands visa.
