our application was received with a date of 6 May 2019. We received written notice via snail mail on 28 May 2019. We are located in Canada. Unfortunately our processing centre is Nebraska. From what I read here, it is brutally slow.

Hi everyone, an update on our package we sent, we still haven't received our NOA1. I just want to find out if they will send a confirmation to our mailing address or we have to call them

Hi everyone, we received a letter from USCIS Phoenix Lockbox. and I'm so frustrated right now cause they sent back our photo books. I'm so worried right now, that's the only evidence we have aside from the affidavit of bonafide marriage.

Hi, did you send the actual albums with photos ?

You should have rather sent prints outs on regular paper. I had printed out photos using windows photo viewer where you can print several photos on one page. They accepted those.

its like an album but all the pictures are printed on a glossy paper of the book.

 

yeah, we should have done that instead. We wanted to make it more presentable that's why we used photo books.

 

will that affect our process? we haven't received our NOA1 yet.

Since they returned just the album and not the entire file/application, I assume there should not be any problem. My NOA came in 25 days later. I had to call and speak with level II representative to confirm that they received my package. So you may call and find out.

Thank you. I just confirmed that my husband's mom received a mail with the receipt number. Our service center is Nebraska.

Thank you, I'll just be patient on waiting for our NOA1. My husband is planning to send another mail with our pictures printed on a paper once we get our NVC or receipt number.
