I-601A sent March 2019

Finger print fee was received March 29, 2019. How long until I receive the biometric appointment notice in the mail?

So ours was paid for on 2.8.18

received/ noted on 3.13.18

and the biometrics appointment was 4.10.18

I sent the application for I601-A waiver  April 29 and May 3rd I got the letter that it was accepted. Checked my mail today and got the biometric appointment June 5th.

I called USCIS and they said no letter has been sent notifying me of the biometrics appointment. I made an inquiry and should hear back in 30 days.

Wow @Beronica you sent it off before mine. Mine went to Nebraska and my husband would have to go to Juarez Mexico

I have an update on the USCIS app that on May 24, 2019 my biometrics appointment letter was sent by mail. !! Thank God🙏🏼 Mine was also sent to Nebraska and my husband also has to go to Juarez Mexico.

Might be around the same time mine is. We go to Dallas

Have you checked the mailbox? You should be receiving the appointment soon. We go June 5th. Also you can check on the uscis website they update it quite often

😢😢😢 on 6/1/2019 I received the response letter from USCIS with the copy of my original biometrics appointment notice. It was scheduled for 5/1/2019! I don’t understand because we never received the original! I sent in a request to reschedule the original appointment.

Oh wow!! Are they going to be able to reschedule it? I know it said on there if you don’t go then they just think you abandoned the case! Hope that’s not the issue!!! Hope you get it rescheduled ASAP!

They told us the 2 times we called that they never sent a notice letter out. When they sent me the copy of the original appointment notice on 6/1/2019 they highlighted the “request to reschedule”  box so that I can mail it in. I also made a letter explaining the reason for rescheduling and the dates we called USCIS.
