1. What does my NOA2 FIANCE APPROVAL NOTICE look like? If I misplaced it where can i get a new copy? (stupid I know)

2. Do I need to include a Social Security Number on the I-485 and I-765? I do not have one (Went to SS office and told me I needed more than a I-94 to get a SS number)

3. Does the G-325A need to be for me or my wife (who is sponsoring me)

4. What is the A#?

5. Where do I find my non-immigrint visa number (control number? 8 digit number in red? long number on bottom of visa?)

Thanks anyone who can help.

1. If you don't have the NOA2, a duplicate can be requested for $200.

http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/display...bum=4&pos=0 <---- Approval Notice

2. if you don't have SSN put "None"

3. G-325 is for the immigrant only for AOS

4. Some people put the same A number from the NOA2. We put "none" since it was a new application and figured one was not yet assigned.

5. The red number

Lloyd Parlee,

1. The Approval Notice looks very much like the Receipt Notice, printed on form I-797 or I-797C paper, except that the Notice Type will be Approval Notice and the text will be different.

2. No.

3. Read the I-485 instructions.

4. Was probably on the Approval Notice above or below the beneficiary's name or written on the I-94 by the CBP officer at the POE. Can sometimes be found on the Receipt Notice or the visa also, but not always.

5. Either the Control Number or the red number can be used.

1.

NOA2.jpg

2. NO the number is optional, and in cases like K-2, K-3, and K-4 would not have.

3. Only the foreign petitioner needs to do a G-325A US Citizen does not need to do. SEE The AOS guide:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos

4. SEE 1 above it is on the NOA2 from I-129f above beneficiary's name, as well as may be written on back of I-94 card in your passport.

5. Red number on visa:

visa_after_entry.jpg

You will need to submit a copy of the I-94 card that should be in your passport.
