Thank you for responding. I submitted a copy of marriage license and birth certificate of husband when I first apply for adjustment of status. Will it be necessary to resubmit that??

Hello again!!!

sorry to bother. But I’m a bit confused on the online application.

The question where it says “your name exactly as it appears on your Permanent Resident Card”

On the front of the card I have my middle name initial instead of the full name. But on the back of the card my middle name is in full.

Should I type in my full middle name?

What did y’all do??

i have my full middle name on my Driver License and ss card.

Thanks!!!

It's probably unique to each person's situation.

I uploaded my marriage certificate and divorce decree. Birth certificate, because I'm changing to my mom's maiden name. A speeding ticket. And a copy of my green card.

How did you do your question where it says to enter name as it appears on green card.

I have only my middle name initial

but on the back of my card my name is printed in Full.

Ibwas thinking to do full last name, full first name and full middle name

Filed online today, based on 5 year rule.  Documents that I submitted as evidence: 1) GC Front and Back images 2) Current Marriage Certificate 3) Spouse's previous marriage divorce decree 4) Step child's birth certificate (as additional evidence).

I got a green box saying no additional evidence was needed at this time.  I also got my receipt number almost immediately.

Where do I see estimated case completion time?
