Hi all!

Local field office is Agana, Guam

N-400 application submitted online May 31, 2019

Scheduled for Biometrics on June 18, 2019 at 3:00PM. I arrived at 2:30PM on the day of biometrics and finished at 2:45PM it went by pretty fast as I was the only applicant there.

Received a notification that an interview date was schedule on June 22, 2019

Interview date will be on August 8, 2019

According to the USCIS my estimated completion time will be in November (a total of 5 months) but I believe it will be all completed by August upon checking other VJ users from Agana, Guam. Most people got their oath less than 10 days after the interview.

Good luck to everyone!

It was fast! Hope your interview goes well!😊

I am surprised. For Washington DC field office, I have never seen anyone getting interview so fast. It usually takes 5 months from date of application.

Anything different about your case?

I applied under 319(b) as well but mine says estimated completion time is 6 month. Are you a conditional resident?

I filed by mail not online...I'm permanent resident 10 years but I got my green card 2017...What is your field office? Mine I choose Washington DC because they are more familiar with 319b.

When did you file?

Good luck and if you have any questions let me know

I filed online on June 1 and chose to interview at Fairfax VA, but my field office is Orlando FL. I probably had to mail it too to get it to Washington DC. Also, I still haven't removed my conditions and will be applying for ROC soon, but this may delay the whole process for me.

I'm filing from overseas...we are currently outside of the United States.  I'm applied 319b for USC spouse regularly employed abroad and about you?

You can change your field office to Washington DC... Your biometric done? what is status of your case now if you don't mind

Same here, we've applied under 319 (b) which is based on the USC spouse employment abroad. We're currently overseas too, but applied online few days prior leaving the US. I did my walk-in biometrics before we left. My status is: we've reviewed your biometrics, you don't have to do anything at this time. Estimated completion date is January 2020.

You haven't applied for ROC yet? I thought you had to do your ROC first before you be able to do citizenship. At least that is what I understand from K1 and CR1 visa's. K1 > AOS > ROC> 3/5 year rule citizenship. Because the first GC is only valid for 2 years and then you need to file for ROC unless your situation is different.

If you are applying for N400 under 319(b) then you don't have to wait for ROC. VJ has plenty of examples of users who went through this. 319(b) applies to LPR or conditional residents who's spouses employed abroad (whether its military, government, missionary, or US corporations that engaged in the development of foreign trade and commerce of the United States). There are several conditions. You can read it here https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-g-chapter-4
