What happens to interview if visa bulletin becomes not current

Next month, I am supposed to get an interview as I am CC early this month. My embassy is not busy and people are getting interview letters within 30 days of CC.

Normally NVC has been setting interviews for the EB5 category between the 2nd and 5th day of every month for the past few months I have been tracking.

So let's assume if I get an interview notification in June for a July date and subsequently, the July visa bulletin released around 13th June shows my category is not current anymore, will I still be given a visa or not if I did well in the interview.

The expectation is June visa bulletin about to be released will show my category current, but there is a possibility, July bulletin might not show current.

NVC IV Fees paid: Apr 5 2019

DS-260 filled: Apr 10 2019

IV Docs submitted: Apr 12 2019

IV Docs resubmitted: May 1 2019

Case complete: may 3 2019

Expedite requested: May 15 2019

Expedite approved: May 23 2019

Case sent to Consulate: May 24 2018

Case status Ready: May 28 2019

Interview date: June 20 2019

Interview status: Approved
