A k1 denial followed by a cr1 petition soon after is very shady 

 

As the pervious posters said, find out the reason so you dont waste money and time. 

 

I've read here that k1 denials can trigger a cr1 denial.

happens in morocco too

they deny without giving a reason when it is K1 but they give a blank 221g just says denied

for a spouse ,  the reason comes when the case is returned to the USA and a NOIR/NOID comes to the USC
