Although every case is different, it's still nice to have other cases to reference on since there is a lack in timeline tracking for waivers...

I wanted to start a forum for members to enter there time lines in hopes that others can maybe have some insight on processing times as well.

This is for I-212 ONLY.

Right now on USCIS is 10.5-14 months.. but every case is different and not all take that long, some take longer too.. That's why I wanted to see if people can add to their timelines on this so we can see

Hi all, any update on current wait times? I thought the AAO processing times website indicated more like 6 months but am curious as to what others have experienced.

Just getting ready to embark on the solo I-212 Waiver.  Besides timeline, does anyone have a good resource for strong extreme hardship letters?  I hope to get my file ready by Mid-October to submit.  Our CR1 was denied on 9/13/2019.
