I have our i-130 and all supporting documents ready to mail or deliver in person. I emailed my office (Juarez Mexico) and also checked the infopass site but was told there are no appointments available.  Is it ok to DHL mail my packet to the Juarez fieldoffice? Just to double check is this correct mailing address

Question 2 is it ok to pay with a personal check from my USA bank account?

You may want to contact the embassy there to see if DCF is still an option. The DCF option is closing fast for all offices internationally. You may be forced to send it to the USA for processing. Moscow and Manila are already closed for DCF and I think Mexico if not mistaken is also within the same timeframe as Manila.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Manila was for first part of July, but they closed the option to file 60 days prior. I was surprised actually because I thought it would be available until July.

They will stop accepting DCF weeks before they actually close.........Manilla has already stopped.

The infopass site for Juarez says "There are currently no available schedules for CDJ within the booking window,  please contact site admin" but the other 2 offices in the country have the option to DCF i130. I've emailed and called but i only get cut and paste answers. Any suggestions?
