Are there  2019 petitions that got approved even if the couple only met once?

My fiancè and I met in October last year and filed for K1 this March.  We met once this January because that was when we can only both file for vacation leave from work.

I want to be positive about this. Thanks in advance to all those who will share their thoughts on this.

We also met once. However, we are going to attend the interview together. I hope it will make our case look better. Fingers crossed for you guys!

Thanks. I dont think my fiancè can come back within this year in case we got approved by the uscis so I'll be alone during the interview.  Good thing for you, you are doing it together.

Hopefully, the CO wont view our case as quick engagement that will worry me more.

You meed the minimum requirements for filing of the K1 visa. The key is what other types and pieces of evidence are you going to bring to the interview. Consider that you are "painting a picture" for the consular officer of your relationship. The more complete a picture you have, generally the more convincing your case is not fraudulent. The consular officials are trying root out fraudulent cases. It is good that the petitioner will be in attendance.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

I'm worried about that too.. The closer the estimated approval is, the more I am freaking out lol. The only hope we've got is that we had known each other for about two years before going romantic, and we can prove that. We are working for the same company remotely. Do you have any other red flags besides quick engagement?

Thanks. We will try to collect as much proof as we can. I hope it'll be enough to show that we have a true relationship

Ten years is not so bad. It won't be a red flag

Will chat logs (text and video screenshots) do? We also send gifts once in a while. We dont have photos anymore other than what we have submitted with the petition.
