This is very interesting. I would like to know too if these have been approved yet.

Do you have an IOE number too? If so, did you get an validation error too?

There are multiple hundreds of these.
Yes, my case is one like this, with the error.
We are unable to check the case status anywhere other than MyUSCIS page.

But yes, one of these erroneous cases was approved November 27,  receipt IOE0906576881. I have another screenshot from about 3 weeks ago when it was listed same as others, ‘validation error(s)’.

I am looking for more approvals

Since IOE is so new, it’s likely that the case tracker apps are just having a hard time being able to access data for any case that hasn’t yet been approved/denied/RFE’d

It is not just trackers, USCIS automated case check when you call their 800 number doesn’t recognize the case number either. However the human rep was able to find the case after searching. Ensured us that she can see it, but that is about it... ‘Case is under normal processing time’, we are getting standard reply.

I have connected with a few fellow strugglers here, we are all within erroneous IOE cases and seems like USCIS working AROUND our cases...

I think all petitions that have IOE number and have not been approved yet show up as validation error. You were sent to TSC? Shouldn't you have been approved by now?

Yes, we are in Texas. PD April 29. You would think we should be approved by now, but unfortunately it is not the case...

USCIS' automatic case check isn't really all that reliable in the first place. I wouldn't be surprised if they haven't updated it to recognize IOE cases. If your case is still within what USCIS' website says then that'll be the standard reply you'll get from them every time you call until the case is approved unfortunately. Though sometimes they can tell you if it's been interacted with or not

Well, I have a little bit of the good news today. Our LUD (last update date) changed to December 10th. I hope they are working on our case and this is not just another soft update
