Checked today my.uscis.gov: I can see our cases there. There are also multi-page TIF attached to each case where all the documents are mixed up and in disarray. I hope USCIS has normal copy somewhere.

By documents do you mean just the forms (I-130, I-130a) or supporting evidence, photos etc. as well?

Here is what is in the TIFF (in the order of the TIFF pages):

  • My naturalization certificate
  • My passport
  • I-130A
  • Marriage certificate with translation
  • G-1145
  • My divorce decree
  • My wife's divorce decree with translation
  • My + my wife credit card statement

I've uploaded scans of everything I've sent with the original envelope as a separate PDF including I-130 and I-130A. Still got an RFE for a translation of a "marriage application" I don't remember sending original for.

What the heck is a "marriage application"?

It is a form (actually called  "Form #7") required to schedule a marriage in Russia.

Wow so they do know specific marriage laws of each country.... but even then shouldn't the marriage certificate be enough? Did you submit the marriage certificate?

I'm not sure about how they got their hands on it. It may be as simple as it just stuck to some other paper in the original packet.

Anyone knows if any of the erroneous IOE receipts are getting approved anywhere?
I downloaded USCIS Case Tracker for iPhone and it has a feature to do a mass search on receipts. It seems like there are multiple hundreds of them with error and no data as to approvals.
I am checking Igors list here as well and all the latest cases from my processing center are SRC (Texas), not IOE

What do you mean "erraneous" IOE receipts?

Since IOE is so new, it’s likely that the case tracker apps are just having a hard time being able to access data for any case that hasn’t yet been approved/denied/RFE’d

Our CR1 Journey:

USCIS Stage:

  • Feb 14 2019: NOA1 (NSC)
  • July 31 2019: I129f NOA1
  • Sep 19 2019: I129f NOA2 (Denied - 50 days from NOA1)
  • Sep 19 2019: I130 NOA2 (Approved - 217 days from NOA1)

NVC Stage:

  • Sep 27 2019: Sent to Department of State
  • Oct 31 2019: Case number received (34 days since sent)
  • Nov 1 2019: IV & AOS fees received & paid
  • Nov 14 2019: IV & AOS submitted
  • Dec 18 2019: All docs accepted, but one additional doc requested (5 weeks from submission)
  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

Interview Stage:

  • Mar 11 2020: Interview letter received
  • Apr 1 2020: Interview date
  • Mar 17 2020: Interview cancelled due to COVID-19
  • August 3 2020: Rescheduled letter received, new appointment August 25 2020
  • August 25 2020: Visa approved at interview! (558 days from NOA1)
  • September 10 2020: Embassy received passport in mail
  • September 15 2020: Passport with visa in hand

October 11 2020: Arrived in US!

I agree with this.
