Hey everyone!

Silly question but I’ve seen on a couple places that if you use the petitioners passport to prove U.S citizenship status, that you have to photocopy ALL pages, and then the rest of the information on other websites just says “photocopy of passport”. Does anyone know if I need all those pages or if the biographical page will do?

We sent a copy of my biographical page and the page with my NZ entry stamp only, and it was not a problem.

I believe the  advice to send a copy of all passport pages was a former requirement that still floats around on the Internet.

Just need a copy of the bio page for proof of citizenship, then you want to use the pages with entry and exit stamps on them for proof of meeting. I have a large book passport, so I would have wiped out a forest coping every page. I just sent bio and stamped pages.

The "all" pages instruction was eliminated two years ago.

YMMV
