Wahooooooo!!!

I'm so excited!!!

While I was bitching quite a bit about working speed at CSC, I now want to share my positive experiences with the Frankfurt Consulate in Germany. All, and yes, ALL papers that were sent to them and all inquiries that I had were processed IMMEDIATELY. When my petition arrived from the NVC, they sent packet 3 the very same day. Same with the processing of packet 3 and sending of packet 4.

I also requested if it was possible to NOT have my interview before may 8th (for various personal reasons) and tadaaa, it is on may 9th now. I don't know if that would have been my interview date anyway or if they really took my request into consideration, but no matter what, I'm impressed.

Way to go, Frankfurt!!!

Same experience here - they are just nice, we had a request for a special date as well and it worked out to the day we wanted it to be. The interview itself was as easy as can be even with some difficulties we had to deal with in the past (overstay).

Thanks alot for your information!!! i am waiting for my papers to be received at the NVC and after that they are off to Frankfurt!!! i knew they were fast but thats REAL fast!! i hope since i am not requesting a certain date for my interview that we can get that fast as well :lol: !!! you just made my day a little more happy thanks alot!!

B) Ya gotta love those Germans!!!!!!!!!!

November 2004--I'm on vacation in Italy and met Gabriela at a pizzeria in Venice...it was love at first sight!

2 Weeks Later 2004--changed my intinerary to go back to Venice and see this Romanian girl that I couldn't stop thinking about.

August 30--My sweetie's Birthday! I love you, doll!!!

September 9, 2005--I-129F sent to NSC.

September 15, 2005--NOA1!

October 24, 2005--NOA2!!

November 07, 2005--NVC letter received!!!

Early December 2005--K1 packet gets to the Consulate in Naples but somehow they forgot about notifying us in any way, and apparently replying to emails is just waaaay too strenuous for them...

January 11, 2006--After numerous failed attempts to contact them, Naples Consulate emails packet3.

January 2006--I contact my state senator's office.

March 20, 2006--Gabi has her medical exam in Naples...

March 21, 2006--Gabi has her interview...K1 VISA ISSUED!!!!!

April 18, 2006--I will fly to Europe to get my honey...and never, ever let her go!!!

that's great. I was also very happy to receive my letter from Frankfurt so fast. I could not believe it. Only 1 week after the approval of NOA 2. Seems like they do a good job in Frankfurt. I might have some questions filling out the package 3. I hope you do not feel bored if I contact you. :blush:

Yeah, I cant say anything bad about Frankfurt either...all the papers where processed super fast and the lady who did my interview was really nice...to all those who have to go through Frankfurt...dont panic, its super easy!
