My wife is currently a permanent resident of Canada. I filed for the I-130 and I-129 F K3 to get her to come here. I will be going to OTS on the first week of June this year. I called USCIS and try to get the case expedite because I want to spend time with my wife who is pregnant prior living as well for her to be able to be there with me on my graduation day. The military help line is not helpful at all because they can't even tell me what criteria I should choose because none of them is for military member getting deploy. Under what criteria should I request the expedite?

You can just do a simple expedite request. As mentioned, generally military expedite is for pending deploying personnel, but there was a member recently, can't recall their handle name, but apparently they got an expedite approved because the USC was a veteran, but there were other financial circumstances I think that caused it to actually be approved. Again, a graduation, even from basic/AIT is not really eligible criteria, but can always try, doesn't hurt to.

Also,  surprised you went the K-3 route, not many of those are issued as it's mainly a CR/IR-1 visa route now.

First of all, congratulations on going to OTS.  I'm sorry to tell you that K-3 visas are obsolete.  In 2018, only 6 were approved world-wide......The I-129f will likely be administratively closed and will proceed as a CR-1.  As far as your getting the case expedited, I don't think you qualify.  Military service, in itself, does not qualify for any special consideration.  From my observations, an overseas deployment might qualify, but pregnancy and convenience do not........The immigration process requires a great deal of knowledge, PLANNING, time, PATIENCE, and money...........good luck.
